FAQ's and Information


 

What is my order status?

 All orders are handled in the order received. Ready to ship items will ship same or next day and custom orders in 1-4 weeks. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. We ship via UPS for domestic orders and USPS for international orders.

PLEASE NOTE- There is still a delay with USPS shipping. EbonyEmpress Crowns is NOT responsible for damages, items lost or delayed. Once the items ships, it is in the hands of UPS or USPS. Please be patient, as the items may take longer to be delivered.

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

Orders for items in The Empress Collection. Once the order is placed, NO REFUNDS are given. Orders from Custom Collections must have a description placed in the comments upon checkout or emailed to ebonyempresscrowns@gmail.com right after placing the order. Orders can NOT be modified after they are placed. If you make a mistake during order placement, please email us. We will cancel/refund the order, and you can place it again. This is to ensure that all orders are documented correctly.

Do you sell your charms, rhinestones and/or pieces?

EbonyEmpress Crowns is NOT a wholesale charm or pieces vendor; these items are not sold separately. Pieces used to create ONLY, and are not for resale.

May I order multiples?

Please keep in mind that no two items are the same; we strive to create unique, and exclusive designs. You may order multiples, but please do not expect for the items to look the same. 

How do you make your designs?

Each design is handmade with love. There are no vendors involved with these creations, except for vendors in which charms/name pieces are ordered.

Can I put anything on my mirror/item?

Yes, but we will not create designs that promote racism, prejudice, xenophobia or any type of hatred. 

Do you service ALL people?

Absolutely!! EbonyEmpress Crowns welcomes all people, lovingly. Rest assured, we are not biased or prejudiced in any fashion or form!

We also reserve the right to service positive, and friendly customers. Our customer service thrives in positive relations. RUDENESS of any kind will NOT be tolerated. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do you do large orders (8 or more)?

Yes. Please keep in mind that large orders will take additional time depending on the amount desired, so please plan ahead. 

Do you do refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the business, no refunds or exchanges. All items are final sale. However, if you're not happy with your item(s), please email us at ebonyempresscrowns@gmail.com to discuss a resolution. This does not guarantee a refund. 

Do you do rush orders?

NO RUSH orders. Ready to ship items ship same or next day (weekends included). Custom requests will not be rush ordered- NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Do you correct damaged items?

We do not replace or correct stones/charms on our products. Each product is made with care to last, but please be gentle. Our bling tumbler cups are sent with extra stones for slippage. 

Where are you located?

We are currently located in Atlanta, Georgia. We are able to accommodate local deliveries. Please email us prior to placing your order.
